About ISM
ISM or Independent Study and Mentorship is a program at the Frisco high schools. It is available to juniors and Seniors. ISM is a program that is made to give students a foot in the door to understand the professional world. A student will pick a field of study they would like to pursue and find a mentor in that field to help them further their understanding of that topic and the professional world. During that time the ISM student will be working on an original work project and then a final product. At the end of the year the student will give a 30 minute presentation about their journey and their final product.
